In accordance with the Measures for Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment, Inner Mongolia Lisha Technology Co., Ltd. is issuing the first public notice on environmental impact assessment for its project to produce 28,000 tonnes per year of fine chemical intermediates, and is soliciting public comments.
In accordance with the Requirements of the Measures for Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment, Inner Mongolia Lisha Technology Co., Ltd. is issuing the First Public Notice on Public Participation in the Environmental Impact Assessment for its project to produce 28,000 tons per year of fine chemical intermediates, and is soliciting public comments.
I. Project Overview
Project Name: Inner Mongolia Lisha Technology Co., Ltd. 28,000-ton-per-year Fine Chemical Intermediates Project.
Nature of the project: Expansion.
Construction Site: Alxa League, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Alxa Tengger Economic and Technological Development Zone (Putudun Area).
Production capacity: 28,000 tons per year of fine chemical intermediates.
Project Scope: The project will be implemented in two phases. Phase I will involve the construction of production facilities with an annual capacity of 5,000 tonnes of 2-chloro-1-(1-chlorocyclopropyl)acetone, 8,000 tonnes of 2-(2-chlorobenzyl)-2-(1-chlorocyclopropyl)epoxyethane, and 7,000 tonnes of 2-(2-(1-chlorocyclopropyl)-3-(2-chlorophenyl)-2-hydroxypropyl)-1,2,4-triazole-3-thiol, along with associated supporting infrastructure. Phase II will involve the construction of a production facility with an annual capacity of 8,000 tonnes of o-chlorotoluene, together with its associated supporting infrastructure.
